During your free inspection with an IRC estimator you will be informed if roof replacement is necessary…or if your roof could just use a face-lift! Ask your estimator if our restoration process will work on your roof, as it is not for all types of roofs.

After the 1-3 day project, your roof will look as if your home was built yesterday, and at a fraction of the cost of a full roof replacement.

This 5-step process itself is simple and effective:

1. Repair any roof defects and apply new mortar as necessary. Evaluate the condition of the roof and fix fundamental problems, leaks and replace broken and damaged tiles.
2. Pressure wash the surface of roof tiles. Powerwash and bleach-treat tiles thoroughly, removing moss, algae, dirt and other contaminants.
3. Apply primer to roof tiles and a penetrating binder coat to strengthen the tile surface and provide adhesion for subsequent coats.
4. Apply 2 coats of color coating to the roof tile surface to increase the life of your roof’s finish.
5. Apply a glossy topcoat to protect and strengthen the color coatings and to reflect sun and heat, saving you money on your energy costs
