I have been licensed as a termite inspector since 1990. I graduated from California State University Fullerton in 1989 with a degree in Economics. I started another company in Orange, California in 1991 and ran that company with a partner till 1997. In 1997 my partner and I split up and I started The Termite Guy..

Since 1997 The Termite Guy has completed over 30,000 inspections in Southern California. I personally have achieved a General Pest Control License, Termite Operator License, General Contractors License, Roofing License and A Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor (CMRS) certification. I have been committed to the development of the Termite industry within the State of California. I have been on several committees within the Structural Pest Control Board. I have maintained membership to the Pest Control Operators of California (PCOC) since 1992 and adhere to the guidelines within the PCOC.

The Termite Guy is one of four companies run under the corporation of IRC Services Inc. The Other companies are: Mold-Tek (Mold Remediation); IRC Roofing (Roofing Company); and IRC Services, Inc. (General Construction Company). It is this combination of companies and services that gives our company a diverse group of in-house workers to pull from to complete any one of our many projects.

The Termite Guy maintains offices in San Clemente, Santa Ana and Vista California. We have been focused on wholesale professional services to Realtors, Property Managers and Asset Managers. It is our professional approach and commitment to our customers that has fortified our long term relationships with Orange County’s decision makers. It is not that the average homeowner is not our intended clientele. But it simply that we do not want to have to resort to high pressure sales techniques to sell over priced services at high margins in order to support the necessary marketing expense to reach the average homeowner.
